Definitely not a palace but what a location.
Just a short walk for a swim at stunning Longbeach. Only one property back from the waterfront, the bonus being an elevated site away from prying eyes.
Nothing like enjoying dolphins frolicking in the Bay on occasions, where Orcas have been known to play as well.
East facing, perfect to watch the sunrise in the morning from a " grand stand" position or wander down to well known Carls Coffee Cart at the waters edge, order a "latte" to enjoy while you take a morning stroll along the beach.
