262 ha total area with 261 ha subject to the Climate Change Response Act. Approximately 170 ha in standing acacia forest. Planting started in 1999. The property is currently being investigated to join the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). Presently with approx. 90 ha in grass, small portion of native bush. 100 ha approximately is easy contour with most of the balance hilly and a small area of steep. A forestry road goes around parts of the farm. Water is by three large dams with two creeks.
Farm buildings are an 85m2 forestry office. This is fitted out as a house with a kitchen, plumbing and deck.
