Located on the fringe of the seaside village of Tairua on the East coast of the Coromandel Peninsula is this 411.13 ha (more or less) bush block. The Tairua surf beach is just down the road, Sailors Grave approximately 5 minutes drive from the bottom valley. Large nature bush blocks like this are very rare on the Coromandel and so close to town.

Option 2 – purchase approx. 14 ha (more or less) from the bottom valley as marked in red on the map in the photos for $2,000,000 + GST if any. This block would be subdivided at the Vendors cost and would be conditional on issue of Title.
