With its own private north facing aspect this additional treasure gives options from a guest room to a home office or a teenage crash pad, otherwise just keep enjoying the income from Air BnB.
It seems more than relevant to point out the Sylvan Gld track that runs from Rayner Rd to South Piha. The start of this track is less than a hundred meters away and provides easy access to the beach, or a nice walk while on your way to get a coffee.
