From the Owner; One evening, we stumbled upon Matakatia Bay-a perfect, sleepy beachside street with about 30 houses and the clearest turquoise water we've seen in Auckland. It was evening, and there was a family having fish & chips at a picnic table, seagulls squawking, swimmers, a waterskier, and yachts on the horizon. We were enchanted as we drove slowly, admiring the houses & imagining the lifestyle. That night, we checked all the Real Estate websites but found nothing.
