Yudi has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years, she holds a National Diploma in Real Estate Agent (Level 5), and National Certificate in Real Estate Property Management (Level 4). Her current roles are: branch manager that supervises all salespeople in the office; property manager who manages a good number of properties for her landlords, and also selling properties for her clients. She has a full range of knowledge and experience from sales to tenancy regulations. Yudi graduated from Auckland university with a Postgraduate Diploma degree in Biomedical Science. She is always rational, calm, and thinks logically under pressure. Her personality ensures her clients and customers go through a smooth experience when it comes to selling/buying houses, as well as property management, which could otherwise be a very stressful process.

Being a Chinese person in New Zealand, Yudi embraces multiculturalism, and respects people from different backgrounds. She enjoys working with clients, customers and staff from different nationalities, and believes culture differences create new ideas and bring value to the workplace.
