Sheryl Campbell

Sheryl commenced her Bayleys career first in Sales in 1999 specialising in Waterfront and Lifestyle properties. She then progressed into a management role first in Takapuna and then in the set-up and running of an additional office in Albany in 2004. She runs a successful Residential and Lifestyle team from Albany focusing on the greater Albany area, Coatesville, Dairy Flat, Paremoremo, Okura and Greenhithe.

As a long term resident herself of the North Shore, and having personally owned waterfront and lifestyle properties she takes an active and keen interest in these markets. 

Sheryl is passionate about the Bayleys brand and proud of the teams she leads facilitating outstanding service and results.    Her salespeople are determined to ensure their clients maximise the value of their real estate assets in an ever-changing and growing property market.
