Raymond moved from Shanghai to Auckland in 2002 to study and experience living in a different country and environment. He has since graduated with a Bachelor in International Business from Massey University’s business school and run his own financial advisory company - achievements he is hugely proud of.
His background as a financial advisor has put him in good stead for working in real estate, particularly when it comes to putting together sales and purchase agreements.

Raymond loves New Zealand and in particular North Shore for its extensive shopping and easy public transport. His interest in property extends into his personal life, where he has extensively renovated his own home.
