Born in and raised in Central Southland, educated in Canterbury, Ralph is a proud south islander.
Travel and marriage kept him out of the country for 15 years where he gained valuable experience in various professional environments. Eventually finding his way into Real Estate in London, where he managed a Central city sales team for six years.
Returning home to Christchurch Ralph established himself in the local Real Estate market before teaming up with Southern wide in 2016. This international and local experience gives him a solid understanding of the wider market. He applies a hands-on approach with a mature and relaxed style whilst putting strong negotiating and marketing skills to work for his clients.
Real Estate is very much like the drive south through the central south island – a constantly changing environment, challenging and exciting, Ralph has found his niche.
