Paula Muollo

My name is Paula Muollo and I am a born and bred ‘Wellingtonian’ of Italian heritage who grew up in Island Bay where the Italian community settled; so this is a suburb very close to my heart and where all of my extended family still live. Growing up I was a Miss Wellington and a runner up in Miss New Zealand in my teen years! I worked in a family business, Hotel Raffaele, located on Wellington’s Riviera – Oriental Parade. This was an upmarket boutique hotel and I held the position of General Manager for 12 years. Once the decision to sell was made I then went to work for Century City Limited in Property Management and Sales. Personally responsible for the sale of over 200 residential properties with a mix of development projects, sales and rentals alike. Whilst with Century City an element of excitement was the birth of the Phoenix Football Club which was great for Wellington.

Working for 10 years in property, the decision to stick to what I know best and love so much was very easy. “Do what you love, and for me there was only one word Property!” So here I am with a well established company with great market share - Harcourts Team Wellington Ltd. I absolutely love property and it has always been a great passion of mine, along with the wonderful people you meet. We have such a wonderful city where ‘everyone knows everyone’ and that is what makes the industry in this city very unique.
