These are qualities I honed during my ten years of experience in the business world. These challenging years of owning and managing hotels and restaurants in Manila and New Zealand enabled me to develop myself as a skilled negotiator and primed me for what lay ahead in the real estate world - another great adventure full of wonderful twists and turns.

Completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, majoring in Business Administration, has also given me an excellent knowledge base for the real estate industry. Personally I have found real estate is a “calling.” I love the feeling that I have helped someone find a home. I believe I’m a success, but this is entirely achieved by focusing on bringing successful outcomes to my clients! I do this by offering professional service and hard work, combined with honesty and integrity.
