Michelle Ferris

I joined Nidd Realty fresh from a successful career in high-end furniture sales, and this has given me a valuable understanding of people, and enhanced my listening and negotiating skills. My real strength lies however, in my previous professional experience preparing and staging properties for the real estate industry. It was during this period of being in business for myself that I discovered my love of property, and helping others.
 I have volunteered in the past for the Dunedin Women's Refuge as a crisis line worker, and as an administrator, and I currently volunteer for the Otago Community Hospice as a kitchen hand. Both of these experiences have been truly rewarding, and enabled me to give back to my community in a tangible way.
Having been through the process of buying and selling real estate a number of times, I have a very clear idea of the value of a good Real Estate Salesperson, and I provide the highest possible level of service to my clients.
