Maureen Kan first started in real estate in 1989 and joined Barfoot & Thompson Ltd in 1999. Since 2005, she has been with the Ponsonby Rental team.
As an Accredited REINZ property manager, she prides herself on consistently delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants alike. She understands the needs of her clients and makes every effort to make it easy, effortless and hassle free for all parties.
Maureen’s first hand experience owning rental properties is a great compliment to her business experience. She has done all aspects of rental and property management from administration, paying the accounts and managing a rental team.

Maureen is a New Zealand born Asian, so while English is her first language, is also able to speak fluent Cantonese should a client require specialist language skills.
