Originally from Te Awamutu and always holidaying at Mount Maunganui in the family bach in Muricata Avenue, and knowing what a special place the Mount is, my wife Christine and I moved here in 1988 with our baby Olivia . Our family grew with Michael ,Linda and Hilary arriving to become a family of six.

Mount Maunganui is a wonderful place to live and provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy what it has to offer: swimming at the beach, walks, sports, shopping (my wife has two shoe shops, shoe&me and Crocs), fishing and boating, restaurants and cafes.
