Lee Cunningham

Lee Cunningham has a reputation of working closely with his clients to get the job done and achieve positive results for them.  He has built up a thorough depth of knowledge of the commercial property sector over the past five years, and has a strong ability in both sales and leasing, leading him to conclude a number of successful transactions since joining Bayleys.  

Prior to commencing his career in commercial property, Lee completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in marketing, and has held roles focused in the sales and marketing arena, working as a territory sales manager for a major international organisation and as a product manager for a large national company.  On top of this, Lee also spent five years successfully operating his own business.  

Lee has a history of working alongside his clients, whether that client was an owner, landlord or tenant and believes that his success has stemmed primarily from his ability to listen and understand what his clients were wanting to achieve.  

Outside of the office when not engaged in the commercial property market he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
