Karen Hennessy has a natural affinity with the rural sector, having been born and raised in rural Southland. The subsequent purchase of a lifestyle block at Charing Cross in the Selwyn District in 2002 has only reinforced Karen’s love of the outdoors and the sense of belonging that comes from living in a small rural community.

As a result of her outgoing and down-to-earth personality, Karen quickly establishes and builds rapport with people from all walks of life. She values the long-lasting relationships she has developed, not only throughout her professional career but also as a result of her involvement in the local community.
