Prior to selling property, Joanne was a nurse in China and after moving to New Zealand with her family in 1996 became a child caregiver. Joanne is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese which can be a benefit if either the vendor or buyer is not comfortable when dealing in the English language. Having lived on the North Shore for around 10 years, Joanne is familiar with the community and the area.
