Having to date spent 28 years in the real estate industry (five years with my own business), I can truly say that I still enjoy my work tremendously, meeting new people, and having the good fortune to revisit and list for sale, the properties of past clients, who have become friends over the years.

Bearing in mind that our homes are usually the most valuable item we own. I will work in strict confidence with both vendors & purchasers, never forgetting that while the vendor is the person who pays the fees, it is necessary to work with buyers also, to achieve the desired result, hopefully making the whole process as stress free as possible. To me, photography of the property is a prime importance, and I am fortunate to work with Rex Hudson (definitely one of the best) to achieve this.

My areas of expertise are Hobsonville, West Harbour, Whenuapai & Greenhithe. To me, people placing their trust in me, is the greatest compliment that can be paid, and I look forward in the future to assisting my clients to the very best of my ability.
