I started working as an agent in 2007, with many years of marketing and sales experience. I’ve created strategies and systems which have proven highly successful. I have consistently performed as one of the top agents in West Auckland and experienced a lot of change in property cycles over the years, so I can appreciate what it takes to sell in any market.

My qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in advertising. By carefully choosing the right channels of communication, my marketing strategy will make your property stand out from the crowd and reach the right buyers. I think negotiation is a process of meeting needs and finding solutions. Finding the best price for my vendor is of utmost importance.

Operating as an individual salesperson with 2 support staff, I make sure that all buyers are handled personally, ensuring all information and service is consistent. Through the years, I have built a large database of homeowners, builders, developers, investors. I am also backed by the strength of the Barfoot &Thompson unique network, which allows 1800+ salespeople to easily introduce buyers and share information on any property that is listed, thus increasing the reach of property campaigns.
