Carl and Vanessa run New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty’s newly-opened Arrowtown office and showroom. Currently living on a farm at Arrow Junction, Carl and Vanessa are community driven and their combined market knowledge and approachability ensure that there are always people stopping by the Arrowtown office, where “the atmosphere is really relaxed and the fridge is always stocked.” Their specialty areas are rural lifestyle properties and Arrowtown residential.
