Ashley Duncan

Ashley has been living in Western Australia working in the Property Management field and decided recently to return home, back to Rotorua to join the family business with her parents and head the rental division.

In Australia a Property Manager needs to be fully licensed as the industry is intensely regulated.  Ashley's qualifications also represents a full license here in NZ.  The training received and the rigorous regime required has been well instilled and is implemented here.  Her professionalism and service is second to none ... tenant qualifying and inspection reports that will ensure problems are minimal.

Ashley has passion, enthusiasm and drive, loves working with people, thrives on delivering excellent customer service worthy of Duncan’s reputable brand, welcomes the daily challenges and ever changing environment.

In her own time Ashley enjoys keeping fit, riding horses, going to the beach … life in general.
