I have been working in real estate for over 23 years, firstly in the residential market in Howick and Papatoetoe and now in rural and lifestyle sales. I am very familiar with the local market, and have lived in Patumahoe for 16 years on a lifestyle block with my wife Sandra. Our children have now grown up and are exploring new opportunities locally and overseas. Over my many years as a successful salesperson and manager I have assisted many hundreds of people in the residential market and now lifestyle blocks, horticulture, greenhouses and cropping land, as this is my specialist area in the Franklin district. This has been satisfying work, where many hours of real estate questions and answers have been exchanged and trust and friendships made for many years.
