A 25,000 litre water tank obtains water from the roof tops. Hot water is heated on demand via the Rinnai 16 ltr Gas Califont. A Natural Flow septic system is positioned in a practical spot should a dream home be built on the site one day. A rear yard area is fenced off for pets. There are various lockable storage sheds (smokehouse is not included). For sale as a 'walk in, lock and leave', so includes all chattels, furniture, appliances, tools & toys.
