A spacious home with terrific storage, huge bedrooms and great living space.
The kitchen/dining has modern joinery, wonderful bench space and a log fire (installed 2017). It is open plan to the living room which has a heat pump and a large sunroom off it. The sunroom is a real sun trap especially in winter, it has some mountain views and is a great extension to the living area.
There are three surprisingly large bedrooms, two have built-in wardrobes, the third has a free-standing one. The bathroom is in the centre of the house and a separate shower cubicle and toilet is in the laundry. There is also wonderful linen storage in the hall. The house has insulation in the ceiling and under the floor as well as HRV in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms.
There are two single garages on the property, both with power connected to them. The roadside garage has an electric door opener and wood storage, the other has a shed for garden tools, bikes or wood attached.
