This is an incredibly light and airy elevated 116sqm two-bedroom apartment on Level 6. Our vendors purchased the apartment sight unseen 12 years ago and have loved living there ever since. They mainly reside overseas and have used it as their Auckland base to take advantage of the nearby Newmarket and all the available facilities. Being part of Broadway Park, the benefits of having access to two pools, tennis courts, and gymnasiums are an added attraction. They have treated it as the perfect 'lock up and leave' scenario.
