This 102 hectare (more or less) dairy unit is located in the heart of Whitikahu, adjacent to the Whitikahu School. The longstanding sharemilker is retiring and the absentee owner said "I will not be employing another sharemilker so the farm must be sold".

The contour is mostly flat with a small portion of gentle rolling clay loam at the front of the property housing most of the buildings and the balance is fertile peaty loam.
