The schoolhouse contains five of the seven super-sized bedrooms, each with luxurious ensuites & sitting areas, the office, laundry, large storage cupboard & Caretakers room.

The host quarters are close to the kitchen & lounge, & four of the six guest suites, aptly named The Old Library, New Entrants, &The Art Room are on the ground floor at the west end of the hallway. The Senior Room is upstairs, & outside in the expansive 8,093m2 grounds, are The Garden & Summer Guest Studios, large indoor, heated, saltwater pool, garaging & workshop space.
