This is a really lovely well maintained and comfortable sea side property perfect for permanent living or as a lock up and leave get away bach. Kaiaua is really on the map as a great little fishing village and has a friendly community!

Situated on a quiet road with the famous Pink Shop nearby it’s an easy walk to the beach front to sit and enjoy a picnic and watch the world go by!
The village boasts a garage with full mechanic workshop, two shops, a community Library and village hall plus a pub with family restaurant. The local Kaiaua Primary school is a few minutes down the road and a local bus service to the very well thought of Hauraki Plains College means this is a wonderful place to move your family to.
Kaiaua has an active local boating club with plenty of fishing competitions and Sunday markets are fun through the Summer.
Bustling Pukekohe is about 49km away and Thames is 45km in the opposite direction.
