Wing Gin joined the Bayleys Commercial and Industrial team in February 2010 when Bayleys acquired the business of Cantcomm Real Estate where he had been a sales agent for over 5 years, specialising in sales and marketing of Commercial, Industrial and Investment properties before being amalgamated under the Bayleys Realty Group in Merivale.
Wing had been in business for over 25 years on his own account and has personal interests in commercial real estate investments which has given him great experience in this field.
He is of Chinese ethnic background, multi-lingual and has a broad understanding of the cultural way of doing business. Growing up in Christchurch he has the advantage of good knowledge of the local market and has contact with the new investors from offshore.
