Wendy Bowman

Wendy has a reputation that has been built on trust, priding herself on exceptional client care which is the cornerstone of her success. Wendy’s client care and level of trust gives both buyers and sellers the confidence to make educated and comfortable decisions.

Originally from Queensland, Wendy travelled extensively overseas and settled in Dunedin during 1990. She started working in the real estate industry in 1991 and has lived and breathed it ever since. Wendy is a true people person and the best part of her career is meeting all of the wonderful buyers and sellers she has helped over the years. Wendy couldn't think of a better job in the world to be doing which gives so much personal satisfaction especially when she knows a client has been given exceptional service and enjoyed a wonderful experience from a job well done.

Being involved in the running of the Otago Property Investors Association which was founded in 1971 to help Landlord and Tenant relations, Wendy loves helping property investors gain knowledge for their personal and financial freedom. Wendy is a hands-on landlord herself and understands the needs of clients who are buying or selling investment properties.

Sponsoring the local community and events gives Wendy the thrill of a lifetime when she can see the joy on the faces of the people she has helped. She is one of the younger business people to have joined one of Dunedin's Rotary Clubs which enables her to help communities worldwide to have a better life.

Wendy has been a successful and experienced member of the Harcourts group since 2005. She has consistently featured in the top three Sales Consultants for the Dunedin Office from 2007 onwards.

With her professional and caring attitude Wendy is totally dedicated to helping buyers and sellers move forward in their lives.
