Plunket is a charitable organisation which delivers services from a network of buildings throughout the country. When we decide to sell a building, we need to make sure that we get the maximum price for it and in a way that makes the sale process transparent. This can mean that there are extra steps and more work for the real estate agent. We recently sold a building in Manurewa. We signed on Warren Rawiri-Walsh to sell it for us. And it soon became apparent to Warren that there indeed would be more work required on his behalf than would normally be required to sell a property. To his credit, Warren took on the extra work in his stride and remained focused on selling the property with Plunkets best interests at heart. That focus proved to be the difference in selling the property for what I believe was a premium price. Warren could have taken the easy road and Plunket would have realised a much lower price for the property. Perseverance paid off in this case.
