Tim Rayner

Tim has a fresh passion for Real Estate and brings with him 8 years experience in various Relationship Management roles in the banking industry.

Growing up in Wellington and setting out in a career in banking at the young age of 17, gave Tim the ability to set goals including the purchase of his first property. Having purchased his first home at the age of 21, Tim then continued to show an interest in property for investment purposes.

Tim has an extensive knowledge of property lending, mortgages and LVR’s and is passionate about helping more people into the property market. Having been through the process of selling his first property - a city apartment in Wellington Central, he quickly came to understand not only the excitement involved, but also the hurdles that can occur. He is now wanting to share his knowledge with Buyers and Sellers, making the process smooth and easy for all parties involved.

Tim has enjoyed success in his sporting career representing both Wellington and New Zealand in Olympic Handball and also representing Wellington at Touch Nationals. Tim has a competitive spirit and the desire to go the extra mile for a great result. Tim is involved in different levels of coaching sports teams, with a focus on youth development and the goal of giving back to the sports he has grown up playing.
Tim brings excitement and his competitive spirit to the Real Estate industry and the desire to help more Wellingtonians into their next property and to work towards their dream house and dream lifestyle.
