A local in the area, Terry bought his first property in Kingsland in 1997, subdividing the section and relocating a second house onto the property. Since then, Terry has bought, sold and lived in Kingsland, Westmere and Grey Lynn. He is very familiar with the local market and knows what buyers want.
Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson Terry graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Economics from Otago University; he was involved in the film, television and building industries and holds a New Zealand certificate in carpentry. With his building knowledge, Terry can offer professional advice and opinions on how you might increase the value on your property.
Terry is an active member in the community and is involved in the Ponsonby Ponies Rugby Club. A family man, he has children currently attending Grey Lynn Primary and Pasadena Intermediate Schools. He enjoys getting amongst the locals, building strong relationships and developing a wide network of potential clients.
