Born and raised on a sheep and beef farm in the deep south I settled in Canterbury after some extensive travel and have a history of self employment.
I commenced my real estate career in 2004 with the attitude that I would want to treat people the way I would like to be treated. Nothing has changed from that first day.
I believe that people want an agent they can relate to who will operate with transparency and integrity. They also want an agent who will treat them as individuals listening to their needs and requirements. Someone who will guide them but also work with them towards a common goal. I believe I provide that.
Having seen the highs and lows of recent markets I realise there is a time for patience and common sense decisions that work in the best interests of my clients. No two properties are the same and I feel I have the necessary experience, expertise and tools at my disposal to achieve a premium result.
After several years of study I am AREINZ accredited, Branch Manager qualified, have the National Diploma in Real Estate and Agents License. I feel that holding these qualifications allows me a better knowledge of the industry and ultimately gives me better skills to pass on to my clients in the selling of their properties.
When not working for my clients I enjoy spending time on my lifestyle block with my family Leonie and daughters Georgia and Matilda or can be found on one of many Canterburys rivers or in the hills enjoying everything this great province has to offer.
