Stacy Rodriguez

Stacy’s previous background in event management and hospitality, has proven to compliment her role as a Property Manager. Stacy has always enjoyed working with people, property management is a perfect fit, she finds it satisfying meeting individuals property needs. 

Stacy knows the importance of having good, long term tenants and works diligently to achieve a good working relationship with tenants to ensure any issues that should arise can be discussed openly, delivering a result that is satisfactory to both the tenant and landlord.

Stacy’s managed properties are regularly inspected, and owners and tenants advised as to what is required in order to keep the property in tip top condition to achieve the best possible return. Stacy prides herself on providing detailed reporting.

A large part of Stacy’s role is Business Development, and as a result she is carries out many rental appraisals weekly, she is the “go to person” for many sales people in the Howick/Pakuranga area.
