Stepping into real estate in 2006 as a receptionist in a small but busy office in Te Puke Staci was given her opening to what has been a challenging but rewarding career. Having worked in various roles within the industry since she has worked alongside top sales people and learned from the ground up what it takes to succeed in the industry. 

A passion for real estate was clear early on for Staci who became a home owner at 20 and a landlord by 23. Staci has been with Bayleys since 2012, with the resources Bayleys provides, the strength of the brand and success of the Waikato offices behind her she is confident in achieving the best results for her vendors.

Considering herself a highly-motivated person while staying calm under pressure, she is able to act quickly and decisively when the need arises. Understanding that a home is likely your biggest asset Staci prides herself in her marketing and organisation skills approaching each property individually with a tailored plan in place while giving her vendors as clearer information as possible so they can make well informed decisions.

Staci has been a true professional throughout the whole process of selling our house. Her tireless work ethic to sell the house certainly impressed both my wife and me. Our house was on the market for close to 12 months with two local real estate companies with little success. We decided to select Staci for the sale of our family home. Staci started a great advertising campaign leading to a lot of internet enquiries. The open homes were very well visited as well.
