Sophie is a vivacious, knowledgeable and committed Salesperson, with an infectious passion for Real Estate.  Having worked for the Harcourts brand for over three years and being a third generation Sales & Marketing Consultant, Sophie knows what it takes to achieve top results for her clients time after time.

With a background in corporate Human Resources, Sophie understands people.  Having the ability to adapt her style, she ensures relatability, effective communication and client satisfaction in all of her interactions.  Geared with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and the New Zealand Salesperson License, Sophie is an extremely skilled marketer and negotiator. 

 

Giving back to the community is important to Sophie where she is the proud Real Estate partner and sponsor of Orewa North Primary School.  For every list and sell through Sophie Howard- Harcourts, Sophie provides the school with a $500 donation.

 

Sophie, her partner Ben and their Border Collie Levi live in Orewa and enjoy the many opportunities the Hibiscus Coast offers from fishing, walking the beach and mountain biking to enjoying a café brekky; Sophie is your area expert.  In her personal life, Sophie is a keen sportswoman, having been involved in various national and international Waterpolo teams, while presently enjoying her longboard surfing and snow skiing.
