From the first handshake, you get the impression that Shaun Tong is a man of his word.  Shaun has been working in Real Estate in the Manawatu and Hawkes Bay since 1996.  Prior to this he worked in a number of different jobs; building, farming, shearing and working for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries on foreign fishing vessels.  Shaun has held a private pilot's license, enjoys carpentry, fishing, mechanics and is a member of the Hastings Toastmasters Club.

During Shaun's real estate career he has become a member of the $200 million dollar club, he has sold over $220,000,000 worth of property and sold well over 600 properties.  Shaun is consistently in the top 10 for the Company. He also received the Property Brokers nationwide awards for Top Dollar Value Salesperson for both 2009 and 2010, Top Marketing Salesperson for both 2010 and 2011and Top Listing Salesperson in 2012.
Shaun has conducted numerous property auctions as Auctioneer and also helps out with the occasional charity auction.

Shaun's wife Mandy is also a licensed salesperson and assists Shaun part time with administration and database management.  Mandy and Shaun have a son Jessie and the family live on a lifestyle property, thoroughly practicing what they preach about the superb benefits of a rural life.

Shaun also has two full time assistants; Lynda Jane who assists with customer service and marketing, and Michelle Johnson who focuses on matching properties with buyers.

Shaun works very long hours and is committed to providing both buyers and vendors with honest and reliable information.  With the added benefit of Mandy, Lynda and Michelle to assist him, Shaun is able to offer an extremely high level of service for his clients.
