Shane Ogle

Having been a citizen of the Pukekohe area for over 27 years, Shane has exceptional knowledge of the local property market which he can share with you. Having previously come from a background in sales and marketing, Shane has been working as a real estate salesperson in the Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe branch for over 20 years. Shane’s long background in sales and marketing enables him to develop effective marketing plans and compelling property advertisements that attract maximum interest in your property, it also means he is an excellent negotiator. 

Residential property and subdivisions are Shane’s field of specialisation. An enduring enthusiasm for homes and gardens together with a passionate belief in the uniqueness of every property has been the cornerstone of the service that he provides to his clients. This enthusiasm for homes, architecture, design and gardens comes from his experience in building his own home with his wife, Sarah-Jane, which means he can also work with you to maximise the appeal and presentation of your home. 

Shane and his wife have been married for 26 years. “Sarah-Jane and our children, Gabrielle (23) and Zachary (21), are a constant source of inspiration and encouragement to me in my chosen career.” Shane and Sarah-Jane work together as a team and she assists him in the day to day administration and sales support so he can focus on selling and promoting your property and providing an unsurpassed service to his clients. 

Community involvement is an important aspect of their family’s lives. As well as the social involvement that goes with raising a family, he is currently a Rotarian for Pukekohe Rotary Club and an ex-volunteer for Pukekohe Fire Brigade (for 8 years). This involvement gives Shane the satisfaction of ‘giving something back’ into the community.
