Sean Powell is justifiably proud of his 21 year career with Professionals Christchurch. Entering real estate at the tender age of 24, he now has over 500 sales to his credit, growing with the company to be in the top 10% of Professionals agents nationwide.

His vast experience includes section sales, residential homes, lifestyle blocks and investment properties and a specialist local area knowledge of Rolleston. With an eye for home styling and property presentation and strong understanding of marketing, Sean brings his own blend of professionalism and knowledge to every transaction. A keen mover on the dancefloor himself, Sean understands the complex choreography that often exists between vendor and purchaser as they move towards a successful sale. His job is to manage the footwork, keeping the moves realistic and the timing precise.

Outside work, Sean's family is his focus - his two young children keep him on his toes and test his negotiating skills to ensure he's at the top of his game!
