Samara Phillips

Samara is the Syndicated Investment Manager for the Bayleys Syndication & Investment Products Division and manages the process from marketing through to sales and investor relations. Samara has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago and is also qualified as an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA).

Joining Bayleys’ Auckland in 2010, she has been instrumental in raising nearly three quarters of a billion dollars for New Zealand’s leading property fund managers - over $350 million in just the last two years. Her previous background involved key roles within a leading property syndication and management company.

After 13 years specialising in the syndicated property area, Samara has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of this sector of the market. She is passionate about ensuring investors receive the absolute best levels of service and would be happy to answer any queries you may have about syndication.
