Sam, together with his wife Bronwyn and their four sons, are farming in the Wallingford/Flemington area of Central Hawkes Bay, and have been involved in the farming sector for all their working lives.
They currently have a large scale sheep, beef and deer operation, occupying both owned and leased land, together with a well established South Suffolk sheep stud. With Sam’s experience of leasing land off both corporate companies and individual farmers he is well equipped with the knowledge necessary for leasing land options.
Sam is passionate about our land and with his strong farming background - branching into the rural sales sector is a natural step that he is able to follow with the support of a good farm management team backing him on the home front.
Through his farming business, Sam has built a strong network of rural contacts and he knows from experience the practical and local knowledge needed to assist his clients in making their decisions. His work ethic is based on honesty and integrity and with his local knowledge and the experienced team at Bayleys behind him, he is enthusiastic and ready for the next challenge.
