Rosemarie Turley

Rosemarie has lived in Papamoa since 1977, enjoying all this coastal paradise has to offer and has no desire to live anywhere else. She is very positive and enthusiastic about Papamoa and Mount Maunganui and passes on this enthusiasm to prospective buyers. She believes it is easy to sell what you love.

Rosemarie has been involved in many community organizations including Papamoa Playcentre, Papamoa Primary school on a voluntary basis, as a member of the school Board of Trustees and then later as office administrator. She has also in the past, been involved in various aspects of Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Club. She is currently a member of Papamoa Progressive Association which keeps her in touch with new developments in the area she loves.

Since obtaining her Real Estate qualification in October 2000, Rosemarie commenced working in the industry and has found real estate to be her real passion. Being a people person with a positive and outgoing attitude, Rosemarie has been able to achieve great results for both vendors and purchasers alike. This has resulted in her achieving many national awards over the years. Rosemarie has also received a number of Excellence Awards for her service to her clients.

Having enjoyed this success working for other Real Estate Companies for the past 14 years, Rosemarie is now embarking on an exciting new path as a business owner of Next Door Realty Ltd. This is a new independent company based in Papamoa. Rosemarie is looking forward to catching up with and continuing to work hard for all her past clients and to meeting new ones.

With both of her sons happily married and living overseas, Rosemarie has the time, passion and energy to commit to her clients and new business venture, and looks forward to continuing to helping with all of your real estate needs.
