For many years, I have had the incredible opportunity to travel around the world as an airhostess, which I truly loved. When I landed in New Zealand I fell in love with this beautiful country and the nature of the people. My passions have been travelling and investing in properties for the last 30 years. I have invested in many countries as well as New Zealand. Moving on from the airline industry I started a successful career in sales working up to management for the last 6 years. During this time I have kept an eye on Invercargill’s property market, as an investor for the last 17 years. I have established and run my own successful investments in the property market so I understand the needs of people buying and selling real estate. I have outstanding communication skills with an eye for detail. I’m able to perform well under pressure developing these skills during my years of flying and management. I am a highly motivated and result driven person. I have a caring and empathetic nature and will go the extra mile for my customers and clients. My life skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, enable me to communicate freely with my clients during the marketing of their homes and especially during the critical stage of negotiation. My open approach, including my sense of humour helps when going through a life changing decision of buying or selling a home. I can ask the hard questions and have excellent negotiation skills, which is what will make the difference in maximizing the price for your property. I believe strongly in honesty and integrity and will always do my best to listen and understand the needs of my clients when buying, selling or investing.I am very excited to turn my passion for real estate into a career joining the Bayleys Southland Team.
