Petrice is the cheerful, positive person behind the Property Management Desk. She answers the phones, helps you with your inquiries or alternatively passes on messages and helps the other team members in all they do.
Petrice supports Clair in all her work with the properties we manage. Together they keep landlords informed, liaise with tenants and contractors, ensure inspections are carried out regularly and do everything required to ease life for landlords and tenants alike.
In addition Petrice supports Tracey Hawkins and Debbie Center (our two very busy letting specialists).
All members of the team know the Shore well and have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of property management. Put it all together with Barfoot & Thompson's outstanding systems and support and you have a Property Management team you can trust and which is second to none.
