Over the years she has come to recognise that there is desperate need for a new and different style agency - one that is all about the client and one that gives a personal and individual approach to each property.  With an enviable client list and database Nicola Kelland is not about the value of the home but about how value can be added to each sale to maximise the result.

“Real estate marketing shouldn’t be about the company brand, or the agent, it should be all about the client and the home they have invested in both emotionally and financially.  My role is to add value to their property in any way possible during the sales process. Personally I am constantly looking at ways that I can provide the ultimate service and result for my clients.”
