Myles started his real estate career in Christchurch following the February 2011 earthquake and brings vast experience from operating in the Christchurch post-earthquake environment and the challenges that it presented for the real estate industry.

Working previously for Knight Frank, Myles was awarded rookie of the year in 2011, and has been a national Knight Frank Top 5 Salesperson in 2014 and 2016. Myles specialises in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties

Myles sourced a new tenant for our vacant industrial unit at

2 Boeing Place, Mount Maunganui.

The unit became vacant on 31 March 2018 and we appointed all the recognised commercial real estate leasing agents active in the market.
