My role is to make your property transaction run smoothly while you go about your daily work or home life. I’m acutely aware that for many people, buying and selling real estate can be a daunting task; I’ll commit to making your experience an easy, worry-free, and successful one.

Central to how I operate is providing vendors and buyers with up-to-date information on which they can make informed decisions. I’ll provide market trend and property comparison data, helping provide meaningful context on price; this is designed to make people feel confident about their decisions, and to accurately reflect what is going on in the market.

Rest assured, when people deal with me they’ll receive the services of a true real estate professional; I’ll deliver requested information on time, and will keep in regular contact through a communication channel that suits you best: in-person; on the phone; via text/email; or other specified technology.

After doing a thorough market appraisal, including provision of its expected value, I’ll design a first-class marketing plan to maximise the property’s potential. Sellers and buyers will be listened to carefully so I understand their motives, and in return I can offer an honest and impartial assessment of the benefits and risks of the home.

In terms of background, I have my certificate in real estate (salesperson) to go with a Bachelor of Technology (Hons), and a post-graduate diploma in Dairy Science and Technology. Previously I’ve worked as a project manager for Fonterra and have also spent some time in the UK working for Heinz.

Away from work, I enjoy keeping fit on my mountain bike and have ridden in some competitive events (mostly competing with myself!).  I’m also a keen gardener, and particularly like growing chillies, capsicums and other fresh veggies during the summer.

I enjoy home renovation, which includes developing equity in a small property portfolio I have with my wife Jane.  I’m also on the Board of Trustees at Woodstock Primary School.
