Mike has been involved in both the residential and commercial property market in Auckland for more than 20 years. With a wealth of knowledge, previously in the building industry combined with his real estate experience and people skills he has concluded some often difficult negotiations that other colleagues within the same industry have been unable to achieve.

Mike has a strong and loyal database of clients and achieves a higher than average percentage of repeat business, primarily because of his self imposed commitment and tenacity together with a willingness to satisfy the expectations of both the vendor and the lessor for which he is charged with the responsibility of achieving the required result. Whether it is a specific design and build project, a large investment to be sourced or sold, a straight forward leasing opportunity or a sell down of a major portfolio it simply does not faze him.

Mike has been married to Raewyn, for more than 30 years and together they have 3 adult daughters. Raewyn, who is also in the real estate industry enjoys her own success and is well recognised for her high level of achievement in residential sales.
