I have had a very successful career in real estate for over 21 years and have been a salesperson with Barfoot & Thompson Whangaparaoa for over 19 years. Through good times and the tougher times, and having an understanding of the market trends and different cycles, I have always kept a positive attitude which reflects in my professional and personal life.

I am married to Nicki, my partner of over 12 years who is also my administrative assistant. So we really live and breathe real estate! We have an office at home and are always mobile 24 /7 no matter where we are! We make the most of each day, enjoying what we do. (there’s no point otherwise!)

We do specialise in Gulf Harbour, although we have years of success through all the local suburbs, we love living in Gulf Harbour and have witnessed the many changes over the years. Nicki grew up as a teenager in Big Manly over 30 years ago and I have lived for many years in Red Beach, so we do know the Hibiscus Coast extremely well. Having been through just about every home on the coast, I can offer the benefit of my knowledge and experience of selling property from the most modest homes to the higher end of the market (cliff top/ beachfront/ apartments),(including sections).

I believe to always be genuine and honest – that is what my reputation is based on, that's why a huge proportion of my business comes from repeat business and referrals. We have a relaxed business manner and believe in no pushy behaviour! But we do get the job done…so it’s a win win situation!!
